Just looking to connect and meet other women? This weekly group is a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental group open to all women who would like to relax, hang out and socialize a little.
Learn.
This group focuses on general wellness knowledge and principles. While it is very relaxed, there are sometimes more structured activities and knowledge opportunities. These have included healthy living knowledge, legal Q & A sessions with local professionals, arts and craft activities and more.
Support.
Refreshments are provided! Bottled water as well as light healthy snacks are available at all support sessions. Because what’s a session without a snack?!
